Our team needs more Services Engineers

We're scaling our offer to include full-service Building Services Engineering capability. We've been providing this service to a few clients for a number of years and intend to service more clients with this approach.

We have positions available in Sydney & Brisbane.

We're doing this by combining our in-house team with trusted alliance partners—enabling us to tailor our service across building types and stages and deliver coordinated design outcomes from day one.

Role Description

We’re seeking experienced engineers and designers in the following disciplines:

• Mechanical Services
• Electrical Services
• Hydraulic and Fire Services
• Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD)

You’ll work with us flexibly—as an in-house team member or as part of our extended partner network—helping shape, detail, and deliver integrated building services designs.

You’ll contribute to project stages ranging from concept and feasibility to construction documentation and implementation, working alongside other specialists in lighting and energy systems.

From leaders & client managers to project engineers & documenters, we are interested in hearing from you.

For project roles we are particularly interested in candidates with strong BIM and Revit skills who can operate collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams and navigate real-world project delivery challenges.

Ideal Background & Skills

• Qualifications in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, ESD, Fire, or related)
• Demonstrated experience in Building Services Design for complex or high-spec projects
• Familiarity with integrated design and D&C project delivery models
• Strong communication, collaboration, and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Revit, BIM workflows, and interdisciplinary coordination tools a bonus
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with attention to both detail and big-picture project goals
