Meet the Good Design Award winning family

Since 1985 we have consistently demonstrated our commitment to innovation through good design, earning numerous accolades, including recent multiple prestigious Good Design Awards. 

Winning another Good Design Award in September prompted us to review the where and how of our growing awards family, all the result of the efforts of many. Clients, designers, our team, equipment suppliers and the trades... another very big family.

The story so far.....

2018, the firm was commissioned by AMG Sydney to transform the visibility and image of their Sydney Airport dealership. Haron Robson's team was tasked with delivering a strong street presence while maintaining cost-effectiveness, a challenge they met with flying colors, enhancing the dealership's appeal and market visibility. 2019, Haron Robson received two coveted Good Design Awards for its projects: the Circadian Rhythm Lighting System and 1 Connell Street. The Circadian Rhythm Lighting System was developed to enhance well-being by aligning lighting with natural body rhythms and building systems. The inspire..ing design of 1 Connell Street illustrates Haron Robson's ability to merge creativity with functionality, changing a passive Sydney skyline feature into an active city beacon. 2020, Haron Robson help develop and deliver a central feature at the Sydney Coliseum Theatre. The central chandelier designed by Cox Architecture adds drama and wonder to the main entry stair at this new perfoming arts centre. More here

2023, Haron Robson continued innovating with the development of VirtualVanityLight, a lighting technology designed to enhance visibility during video conferences..ie.. lights, camera, action!.This lighting system can be integrated with existing lighting or function independently, providing participants with the perfect visual environment. 2024, our involvement in the 88 Walker Street project, a striking 50-level mixed-use office and hotel building in North Sydney’s CBD, involved the deatiled design of the external and internal lighting which enhances the visual appeal of this iconic structure at night. More here
